| Abstract | 以三羟甲基丙烷、油酸和壬二酸为原料酯化合成一种混合酯, 测定混合酯的流变学性能、热氧稳定性和摩擦学性能。结果表明, 该混合酯的黏度较高, 倾点较低, 最大无卡咬负荷为647 N, 载荷392 N、转速1450 r/min、长磨时间30 min实验条件下磨斑直径为0.56 mm, 热分解温度接近250℃。该混合酯流变学性能、热氧稳定性及摩擦学性能均优于植物油和矿物油, 是一类性能优良的合成酯类油。 |
