| Abstract | 本文介绍了用反相柱和阴离子交换柱联用并切换测定原油中微量石油磺酸盐的多维高效液相色谱法。在8 min内可使原油、单磺酸基石油磺酸盐和双磺酸基石油磺酸盐得到良好的分离。回收率在96～109％之间,最小可检出浓度单磺酸盐为50 μg/ml, 双磺酸盐为10 μg/ml。 |
