Abstract

本发明公开了一种花状或棒状硫化铋纳米材料的制备方法。该方法以1-十六烷基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐为反应溶剂,以二烷基二硫代磷酸铋盐为前驱体,通过常压热处理方式制得。所得纳米花形貌均一,并可通过控制反应时间对形貌进行调控;纳米材料的纳米棒长径比一致,纳米棒直径及长短也可通过反应时间及反应温度调整。本发明具有合成工艺简便、无需高压,且制备的产物纯度高等特点。
