Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有高承载力及自润滑性的水润滑轴承。水润滑轴承由合成聚氨酯、固体润滑剂和纤维增强剂组成。轴承微观组织呈现均质结构,硬度为ShoreD55~65,压缩弹性模量为600MPa以上,干摩擦系数≤0.20,在水环境下,当线速度=0.05m/s时,摩擦系数(水)≤0.25;当线速度>0.5m/s时,摩擦系数(水)≤0.03,可以满足径向载荷为5~70MPa的使用要求。当轴承处于缺水环境时,可以表现出优异的自润滑和耐磨损性能,具有防止噪声发生及轴承咬合等作用,可以广泛应用于水下推进器电机驱动、螺旋浆艉轴承、舵轴承和水泵等旋转或摇摆等滑动部位。
