Abstract通过研究聚四氟乙烯/Ni-P 合金涂层在海水及其各组分溶液润滑下的摩擦学行为,探讨海水与纯水润滑性能的差异,并分析海水各组分对于其润滑性能的影响 结果显示: PTFE/Ni-P体系的摩擦因数与 PTFE 的磨损率在二价金属盐(MgCl2 + CaCl2 + SrCl2) 溶液润滑下最小,在海水润滑下次之,而在纯水润滑下则最大这说明: 海水具有比纯水更优异的润滑性能,海水中所溶解的各种溶质有利于海水的润滑作用; 二价金属盐,主要是Ca2+与Mg2+,是海水润滑作用的决定因素.
