Abstract

本发明公开了一种逆流色谱法分离苦马豆素的方法。本发明以甲基叔丁基醚、正丁醇以及水混合后静置分层,构成逆流色谱固定相、流动相的溶剂体系;将固定相以较大流速泵入逆流色谱仪分离柱中;待柱中充满固定相后,开机,使逆流色谱仪主机以设定转速转动,然后以一定流速将流动相泵入分离柱中;待两相在分离柱中达到动态平衡后,通过进样阀进样;自动馏分收集器收集馏分;用薄板层析和高效液相色谱检测,将含有苦马豆素成分的馏分合并后回收溶剂,重结晶得到纯度大于90%的苦马豆素本方法简便快捷,分离效果好,制备量大,样品损失小,分离成本低,产品纯度高,整个分离方法适合于工业化生产。
