Abstract通过比较流化床丁烯氧化脱氢W-201催化剂和H-198催化剂的反应性能及物化结构测试结果, 提出以逐步添加方式在工业流化反应装置上实现W-201催化剂替代H-198催化剂的设想, 并进行了实验室验证。W-201和H-198催化剂在φ20毫米挡板流化床的混台运转试验数据证明, 这一设想是可行的, 有可能在工业生产装置上实施。
