Abstract

本发明涉及一种含金纳米颗粒的类金刚石复合薄膜的制备方法。选择含有金纳米颗粒的甲醇溶液作为沉积液,采用电化学沉积的方法,石墨作阳极,导电基底作阴极,通过直流高电压和搅拌作用在阴极上沉积得到含有金纳米颗粒的类金刚石碳复合薄膜。其特点是:设备简单,沉积温度低,成膜均匀,实现纳米颗粒和DLC薄膜的共沉积,使得纳米颗粒均匀分散在薄膜碳基质中。
