铁基高温自润滑复合材料及其制备方法

Abstract

本发明公开了一种铁基高温自润滑复合材料及其制备方法。材料由钼2%~13%、镍1%~9%、氧化铅1%~7%、二硫化钼0.5%~4%、二硫化钨1.5%~7%、金属氟化物0.4%~6%以及余量的铁组成。材料通过中频感应加热热压工艺制备而成。材料在500℃~700℃下有优良的抗磨性能并且可实现自润滑,适应于高温设备滑动部件,实现了结构材料与润滑材料设计的一体化。
