Abstract

本发明公开了一种高强度高韧性大尺寸纳米结构铁碳合金的制备方法。合金通过选用三氧化二铁、铝、碳的粉状混合反应物,采用燃烧合成熔化技术在250-280℃下制备。该方法所需设备简单、耗能低、周期短、成本低。所制备的材料具有优异的力学性能,弯曲强度为1500-1800MPa,压缩屈服强度约为1300MPa,压缩应变超过20%。所制备材料的微结构为80-100nm的层状结构,外部尺寸为Φ100mm×8mm。
