Abstract本发明涉及一种丙烷部分氧化制氢催化剂及其制备方法和应用。催化剂是Ni-Ce-Zr的复合氧化物,无载体。催化剂的通式为Ni(x)Ce(y)Zr(z)O(a),其中x为5-50%,y为5-60%,z为10-90%,a为余量(重量百分含量)。催化剂采用共沉淀法制备。丙烷部分氧化制氢方法,反应在常压下,以氧/丙烷摩尔比0.5-3的丙烷氧混合气为原料,200-700℃的条件下反应。丙烷部分氧化制氢反应,丙烷转化率最高可以达到93%,氢的选择性可以达到88%。
