偏高岭石基土聚水泥的研究

Abstract以偏高岭石为原料,氢氧化钠溶液和水玻璃的混合溶液为激发剂,在室温条件下制备了土聚水泥。通过XRD,IR和SEM 研究了土壤聚合反应的机理并观察了土聚水泥的形貌。结果表明:在氢氧化钠溶液和水玻璃的混合溶液的激发下偏高岭石发生了土壤聚合反应,生成了无定形的土聚水泥;该土聚水泥呈层状结构并含有非结合水;该土聚水泥具有早强的特性,其强度和密度均随着激发剂中碱强度的增加而增大。
