含纳米金钢石粉润滑脂对钢球接触疲劳的影响

Abstract利用自制的球-棒疲劳试验机, 研究了纳米金刚石粉对钢球接触疲劳寿命的影响. 借助于扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪, 分析了纳米金刚石粉抗滚动接触疲劳的机理. 结果表明: 与基础脂相比, 添加纳米金刚石粉后钢球的疲劳寿命都得到了改善. 利用微粒吸附作用、渗入作用和极压抗磨性能, 解释了纳米金刚石粉提高钢球接触疲劳寿命的原因.
