AZ91D镁合金的摩擦磨损行为及其机理探讨

Abstract研究了传统铸造和触变成形AZ91D镁合金在干摩擦往复运动条件下与GCr15钢对磨时的摩擦磨损行为.研究结果表明,触变成形和传统铸造的平均摩擦系数都在0.26~O.36,前者比后者稍小.在较低载荷下, 镁合金的磨损机制为氧化磨损和磨粒磨损,随着载荷的增大,磨损机制将完全以剥层磨损为主,甚至出现粘着磨损,并伴随向偶件材料表面的大量转移.
