| Abstract | Here we report a multifunctional supramolecular hydrogel based on host-guest inclusion for loading two different anticancer drugs with different controlled release profiles. The resulting hydrogels are characterized by possessing dual phase drug release behavior and producing a dose and cell type dependent synergetic cytotoxicity to cancer cells, which can be used for cancer combination therapy. |
