Abstract本发明公开了一种含纳米金颗粒的类金刚石碳薄膜的制备方法。该方法配制含有聚碳苯-氯金酸的四氢呋喃先驱体溶液,然后通过旋涂的方法将混合溶液涂附于单晶硅表面,待有机溶剂挥发后,硅表面就形成了氯金酸-聚碳苯薄膜;将涂有薄膜的硅片在氩气保护下在500-700℃温度处理1~2小时,然后自然降至室温,得到含金纳米颗粒的类金刚石碳薄膜。本发明的特点是制备过程简便,一步合成含金属纳米颗粒的类金刚石复合薄膜。该薄膜有望在机械摩擦、电化学电极、金属催化、光学等领域使用。
