Abstract用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了一种纳米金填充的氧化物复合陶瓷薄膜材料。本方法合成工艺简单、溶胶的稳定性强、金填充量易于控制。所制备的复合陶瓷薄膜中,金以纳米核的形式均匀、不连续分散,金粒子的直径为13~30nm。该类复合陶瓷薄膜可用作光学薄膜或特殊工况条件下(如高真空、原子氧、强辐射、强腐蚀等)的减摩抗磨涂层。
