| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种大块纳米晶碳化钨陶瓷材料的制备方法。选用重量百分数分别为铝12-21%，三氧化钨75-86%，碳1-5%的粉状反应物，在350-380℃温度下制备大块纳米晶碳化钨陶瓷材料。该方法与制备纳米晶陶瓷材料的现有方法相比工艺及所需设备简单，成本明显降低，制备的材料具有较大的尺寸、良好的微观组织结构及力学性能。 |
