Abstract本发明公开了一种大块纳米晶碳化钨陶瓷材料的制备方法。选用重量百分数分别为铝12-21%,三氧化钨75-86%,碳1-5%的粉状反应物,在350-380℃温度下制备大块纳米晶碳化钨陶瓷材料。该方法与制备纳米晶陶瓷材料的现有方法相比工艺及所需设备简单,成本明显降低,制备的材料具有较大的尺寸、良好的微观组织结构及力学性能。
