Abstract本发明公开一种镍基自润滑合金及其制备方法。镍基自润滑合金的采用中频感应熔炼、熔模铸造成型工艺制备。该合金主要由合金元素Fe、Co和Nb固溶强化的镍基固溶体基体,NbC或Nb2C等碳化物硬质耐磨相和NbSe2或NbXSe2(X=1.0~1.1)二硒属化合物润滑相构成。合金的密度为7.60~8.40g/cm3,硬度为Hv1.80~4.50GPa。该合金具有良好的机械强度、耐热性和耐蚀性,并在20~600℃较宽温度范围内呈现低摩擦、耐磨损及不损伤对偶的摩擦学特性,适合制做大气、真空及惰性气氛环境中,20~600℃温度范围内工作的各种轻型、高效热引擎和先进推动系统及其它高温机构的摩擦学部件。
