一种碳纳米管固相微萃取头的制备方法

Abstract本发明公开了一种碳纳米管固相微萃取头的制备方法。本发明选用不锈钢丝为载体,采用磁控溅射的方法在表面沉积硅薄膜;通过碳纳米管及载体硅薄膜的表面活化修饰,使其带有特殊的活性基团;通过活性基团之间的化学反应,使得碳纳米管与不锈钢丝载体实现化学键合连接;最后利用碳纳米管材料自身性质,对键合型萃取头表面进行多层碳纳米管自组装,获得固相微萃取头。固相微萃取头具有机械强度高、吸附性能优异、重现性好、使用寿命长等特点,可用于食品、环境、药物及生化等实际样品中的痕量组分富集分析。
