Abstract本发明涉及一种单分散油溶性硫化铜纳米颗粒的低成本规模化化学制备方法。本发明使用的前驱体制备过程简单,原料廉价低毒。前驱体通过简便的液相、常压分解反应即可制硫化铜半导体纳米颗粒,而且纳米颗粒粒径均匀,其分散度小于5%,纳米颗粒的粒径以及形貌都可通过调节反应条件进行调控。本发明具有原料廉价易得、操作简便、成本低,产率高等特点,适合大规模的工业生产;制备出的半导体纳米颗粒粒径均匀,稳定性好,有广泛的工业应用前途。
