Abstract催化——高分子气体分离膜,属混合气体分离膜材料。膜材料由2%~90%(重量)的过渡金属或其化合物与98%~10%(重量)高分子化合物溶合或化合制成,过渡金属化合物包括:盐类、催化剂、络合物等。本发明的膜材料具有优异的分离性能,在分离H2/CO时其分离系数>3,渗透率J(H2)>10-3(cm3(STP)/cm2•s•cmHg),当高低压差为1~7 kg/cm2时,截留率为0.2~0.4,混合气中氢的浓度可从50%浓缩到65%~70%。
