| Abstract | 铁路轮轨润滑成膜膏，本发明属新型润滑剂。由于铁路轮轨润滑的工况条件非常苛刻，油脂类润滑剂难以保持良好的润滑。本发明以矿油为基础油，金属皂为稠化剂，添加固体润滑剂MoS2、石墨、MCA、PTFE等，摩擦成膜剂CeF3、LaF3、Cu2O等，以及增粘剂等，经高温炼制而成，本成膜膏具有良好的成膜性能、极高的承载能力和耐久的使用寿命，其烧结负荷大于7840N。在铁路轮轨上使用，已得到明显的效果。 |
