Abstract

本发明公开了一种烯丙胺的制备方法,属于有机化学合成技术领域。该方法以金属钯盐或镍盐与膦配体制成催化剂,在有机溶剂中,烯烃与胺缩醛两组份或烯烃与胺和醛三组份在25-140 ℃下反应,一步即可高效的制备烯丙胺,该反应原料及催化剂廉价易得,合成工艺简单,大大降低了合成成本;反应条件温和,产率高,易于工业化;反应原料及催化剂清洁无毒,对环境污染小。该反应可以用于高效的制备桂利嗪、萘替芬、特比萘芬,具备良好的市场应用前景。
