Abstract

本发明公开一种全金属相宽温域自润滑涂层的制备技术。采用NiCrAlY、Ag和Mo的混合粉末作为喷涂粉末,再由大气等离子喷涂工艺制备涂层。制备的NiCrAlY-Ag-Mo复合涂层中各组分间的结合性能优异,涂层在20 ℃到800 ℃范围内具有优异的摩擦学性能,实现了涂层力学性能和摩擦学性能的双向优化。涂层不仅可在宽温域范围内降低机械零部件的磨损,而且还可在高速、高载的苛刻环境中为滑动部件提供宽温域润滑。另外,涂层制备工艺简单,价格低廉,非常有利于工业化生产和工程应用。
