Abstract | An enantioselective magnesium-catalyzed conjugate addition of trimethylsilyl cyanide to chalcones in the presence of Py-BINMOL with multiple stereogenic centers, through dual activation of substrates, has been successfully developed with moderate to good enantioselectivities and in good yields. |
