| Abstract | 从燕子掌(C rassula argentea Thunb)全草的乙醇提取物中利用硅胶薄层层析及柱层析法分离纯化, 用色谱法和波谱法进行化学成分鉴定, 分离并鉴定了5 个化合物: B-谷甾醇( Ⅰ ) , N-3-甲基-2-丁烯基胍( Ⅱ ), 甘露醇 ( Ⅲ ), B胡萝卜苷( Ⅳ )和二十四烷酸( tetracosanoic acid) ( Ⅴ ) 。上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |
