| Abstract | 以层接层自组装法制备的TiO2/SiO2 和ZrO2/SiO2 微球为基质, 分别与十八烷基三氯硅烷在甲苯溶液中加热回流36 h制备了两种碳十八键合固定相。两种固定相的含碳量分别为11151% 和9162%。对两种固定相的作用机理进行研究, 并以9种芳香类化合物对其色谱性能进行评价。结果表明, 两种固定相都是较好的反相固定相, 其疏水选择性差异不大, 对芳香性化合物均有较好的选择性, TiO2 /SiO2的含碳量略高于ZrO2/SiO2。 |
