一种透明超双疏涂层的制备方法

Abstract

本发明公开了一种透明超双疏涂层的制备方法。本发明采用溶胶-凝胶法制备杂化硅溶胶悬浮液,将悬浮液喷涂在玻璃基体表面,通过高温氧化和表面氟硅烷修饰得到涂层。涂层表面的水接触角和十六烷接触角都大于150°,滚动角都小于10°,对可见光具有良好的透过性,平均透光率大于75%。本方法所用原料易得,工艺简单,重复性好,涂层具有优良的超疏水性、超疏油性和透光性。
